Casta’s setdown brackets are designed to hold formwork in place to form a setdown in the slab for a mono pour.
This is a customiseable leave in place system that speeds up the construction of composite floors due to the ability to pour the concrete in one go (monopour).

How it works

Casta’s Composite Floor Set Down Brackets allow for faster construction of steps or set downs in concrete slabs as they are fast to install and remain in the slab (permanent). They are also galvanised to protect against rust and deterioration over time.
Setup:
- Screw fix the bracket through the composite floor to secure into place
- Screw formwork to bracket using predrilled holes, ensure formwork is set to correct height
- Pour slab
- Remove formwork, waterproof over exposed Setdown Bracket to protect long term.
