Tuff-Dowel™ plates offer excellent load bearing, and resistance to bending and shear. They’re easy to install – simply fix the dowel sleeve to the formwork, insert the dowel plates into the sleeves and pour concrete.

How it works
Tuff-Dowel™ Plate
Tuff-Dowels™ are available in 6mm and 10mm thickness in black and hot-dip galvanised. With pre-installed nails, and V notches, Casta Tuff Dowel Sleeves can be easily and accurately installed on conventional formwork, ensuring perfect dowel alignment.
They also work with the K-Form expansion joint system for efficient concrete pours in many applications including internal & external industrial slabs, driveways, and pathways.
